2024 Gathering at St Louis

The process:

• HOTEL REGISTRATION

  To receive the special EFA rate of $139 (+ taxes), call to make a reservation and state that you are attending the Ewing Gathering.  Parking is free at the hotel.  If you prefer to make your hotel reservation online, you use the Crown Plaza link above.

• Gathering Registration

          Pre-registration is required for the Gathering, so that we can secure proper transportation and food for everyone. Registration can be accomplished online or by traditional "snail mail:   

       Online:

         Fill out the online registration by clicking here Gathering Registration Form and click submit and use online payment or send check as described on confirmation page.

OR By

     Mail

• Obtain the Gathering Registration form (PDF). Print it if possible.  (You can ask us to mail you a copy if needed, or you can make your own facsimile copy.)
  • a.  Fill in the requested information for up to 4 participants.  (Make a further copy if you have more than 4 persons.)  Be sure to clearly write your preferred names (for badges) and any special requirements, e.g. dietary.  Indicate your total payment ($180 per person) and whether you would like to take an extra day for the Genetic Genealogy Seminar.

Payment

To finalize your request, you must now arrange payment.   There are two options:

1.  Make an electronic payment using your major credit card.  This can be safely done through Membership Payment page.  You will need to re-enter your name and address when asked by Paypal to assure that we credit your application appropriately.  EFA never sees or retains your credit card information.
