The Ewing Family Journal is an award-winning publication of the Ewing Family Association, having begun 1994. See https://www.ewingfamilyassociation.org/communications/ewing-family-journal. The Journal presents Ewing-related history, genealogy, news, and events, largely written by EFA members.
We are searching for a volunteer Editor who would enjoy the challenge of producing at least two issues per year. Responsibilities include handling submissions, formatting text and graphics, and managing relations with authors and the printer, under direction of the EFA Chancellor. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, e-mail, indexing, and PDF files is important, along with good communications and organizational skills. A typical Journal issue runs 50-80 pages, 8 x 9 ½ inches.
